Description

I had a work assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, so I took advantage of being in the area and hiked to Red Mountain.  I had been to this summit a few times before, but on those occasions I mountain biked up the Red Mountain Road/Jeanne Golay Trail and descended the single track Grandstaff Trail.  I'm not sure if Red Mountain is even a real summit, but it's referenced in a fair amount of Glenwood Springs recreational searches, so I hiked to the top and added it to my peak list.  Luis was interested in some exercise, so he joined me for the evening hike.
