Description

Nick and I were finally able to climb in Vail, Colorado, after being denied by weather this season several times.  We walked by East Vail Falls and weren't too impressed, so we kept going and made our way to the Firehouse Falls climbing area.  We each got three solid leads in before top-roping and getting burnt out and returning to Littleton, Colorado.  Nick had to get home to his newborn baby boy and parents who flew in from the east coast, and I needed to get home to hang out with my wife.  Fortunately, we had enough time to stop off in Silverthorne, Colorado, for a quick pint at Angry James Brewery before returning to the Front Range.
