Description
The statistics for Greyrock Mountain were a bit aggressive for an evening hike after work, but there was a great trail most of the way to the summit, so I decided to go for it. The trail and peak didn't disappoint and I reached the summit after 1 hour and 35 minutes. I only spent 5 minutes on top since time was short, but I still enjoyed the hike and scramble to the peak. I trail jogged on sections I was able to on the descent and made it back to the trailhead in 55 minutes. This was a great hike to a unique summit not far from Fort Collins, Colorado.
