Description

Jeff and I climbed the Direct East Face of the First Flatiron near Boulder, Colorado.  Jeff lead the first two run-out pitches which were sketchy for me.  Although the climbing got a bit steeper for a couple of pitches after the start, it was a lot easier and I was able to lead the next couple of pitches.  We gained the north ridge above where Bakers Way generally joined the top and ended up behind several parties.  We slowly worked our way to the rappel anchors and then headed down.
